Privacy Agreement

1. No Sharing With Third Parties

Guardian does not sell, rent, trade, or share any of your information or any monitored data with any third party. Your account data, your children's profiles, connected accounts, activity, alerts, and location information remain private and are not disclosed to advertisers, data brokers, or other external services.

2. Law Enforcement Requests

Guardian will disclose information to a law enforcement agency only when legally compelled to do so through a valid warrant or subpoena. In such cases:

• Disclosure occurs only upon receipt of a validly issued warrant or subpoena.
• The information disclosed is limited strictly to what the warrant or subpoena authorizes and pertains only to the subject matter of that warrant or subpoena.
• No information outside the scope of the warrant or subpoena will be disclosed. Guardian does not provide bulk or unrestricted access to any data.

3. Data You Provide

You retain responsibility for the accuracy and legality of the information you enter into the App, and for obtaining any consents required to monitor the individuals whose data is collected.

4. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Agreement may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
